Future of Voices is a curated directory of voices — creators, artists, leaders, and visionaries — each sharing a short message (video up to 30 seconds, or written) addressed to the next generation. The project is organized by Wonder World Group (the "Organizer").
By submitting your participation and accepting these terms, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and communicate to the public your name, image, voice, biography, social handle, photograph, and your video or written message (together, your "Contribution"), solely for: (a) publication in the Future of Voices public directory; (b) promotion of the project on its own website and official social media channels (including short excerpts or clips of your Contribution); (c) press and media coverage of the project.
The Organizer will not: sell your Contribution; use it in paid advertising for third-party products or brands; modify your message in a way that alters its meaning; or sublicense it beyond the purposes in Section 2 — in each case, without your separate prior written consent.
You retain all intellectual property rights in your Contribution. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. You may continue to use your own content freely.
You may request the removal of your published Contribution at any time by writing to the contact address below. We will remove it from the directory within 15 days. Copies already legitimately disseminated by third parties (e.g., press) before your request are outside our control.
You declare that: you are 18 years of age or older; the Contribution is your own and does not infringe third-party rights (including music, images, or trademarks appearing in your video); and, where an agent or manager submits on your behalf, they are duly authorized to accept these terms.
Submission does not guarantee publication. The Organizer curates the directory and may decline or unpublish Contributions that do not align with the project's purpose or these terms.
The license lasts while the project is active, subject always to your right of withdrawal in Section 5. These terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes will first be addressed amicably and otherwise submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
